Project Coordinator in Redmond, WA

HYBRID, Redmond, WAl 3+ days/week required

Standard Schedule (M-F 40 hours/week), No OT

• Proficiency in Excel (nice to have Visio and PowerBI experience) – 2+ YOE
• Communication Skills (business writing skills) – 2+ YOE
• Administrative Experience – 2+ YOE

Description of work:

• Compiling data from multiple sources into a singular complete and accurate data set or utilizing that information to prepare comm elements.
• Track & report the status of open construction projects / open requests.
• Process raw data into an output report that can be shared to space leads.
• Maintain up-to-date allocation maps and accurate data records for space usage/owners.
• Perform building walks to identify areas where improvements or support requests are needed.

• Analytical skills to interpret, consolidate, and ensure data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, with some experience in Visio and PowerBI.
• Ability to stay organized, be flexible in response to changing priorities, and proactive in finding ways to support others when time permits.
