Looking for Project manager, Product Manager, Marketing Managers or Marketing Documentation individuals in Medical device or Pharma or healthcare Space.

Onsite role (initially position will be onsite after that can consider someone hybrid once the candidate is up to speed)

• Bachelor’s degree needed minimum.
• Product manager, project manager, Marketing documentation Associate and Marketing manager will work for this role.

Required exp

• Scientific or medical background (label and promotional materials are focused in that area)
• Medical device exp or another regulated industry exp
• Cross functional communication with quality and regulatory affairs
• Exp in product management
• Strong communication skills
• Project Management skills including prioritization and managing multiple tasks at once.
• Detail oriented
• Project manager in medical device space or pharma space will work.

Brief synopsis:

Reviewing and approving product requirement and labeling updates, including detailed instructions for use documents.

• Detailed review of the 5-page instructions for use redline document and clean copy, with further review required if certain performance parameters change (measuring ranges, clinically significant parameters, for example).
• Facilitating communication and driving alignment for any proposed updates or edits based on review
• Perform impact assessment-- customer and competitive impact

Managing updates and approvals of marketing assets requiring updates, including aligning with most recent branding guideline. This will require:

• Interfacing with a retained creative agency to communicate and implement updates
• Collaborating with multiple groups to align on content updates needed
• Submitting and tracking approval in our Content Management System routing for approval
• Implementation of reviewer feedback as needed
