Transaction Specialist II(Data Entry) - 2nd Shift

Pays 10% Shift Differential

Schedule Options - PM2 - Mon/Wed/Thurs 5:30pm - 2:00am ; Tues 3:30pm - 2:00am; Fri 5:30pm - 12:00am

OR

PM3 - Mon thru Thurs 5:00pm - 2:00am & Fri 5:00pm - 11:30pm

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.

The Data Entry team transcribes confidential information from scanned images of paper documents for our clients.  One or multiple documents are combined into transactions and processed through a series of segmented workflow functions.  

  • Each function requires judgment and experience with limited direct supervision.
  • You must maintain the highest level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet our efficiency standards.

Job responsibilities

  • Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
  • Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
  • Keeping information confidential

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
  • Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
  • Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
  • Alphanumeric data entry skills
  • Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
  • Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
  • Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group                                                                   

 A Government Security Clearance may be required for this position.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fingerprints
  • Credit Check
  • Employment History
  • Tax Filing History (possibly)
  • References (possibly)
  • Proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence up to 7 years
