Resource Service Coordinator in Miramar, FL

Day to day:

• Managing customer calls (5 to 20 calls/day)
• Scheduling a group of 15 service technicians
• Requires a great amount of communication between customers & technicians
• Reading comprehension is required
• Also work with group of internal customers & sales

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates service resources.
• Inputs project location, details, customer information to systems.
• Generates Work Order Documents, dispatches technicians, and notifies customers.
• Responsible for customer interaction/satisfaction.
• Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
• Reviews project paperwork, complete calls, and forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
• Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.

Must Have:

• High School Diploma 2+ years experience in customer service in an office environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Basic Excel)
• Able to quickly learn new systems such as scheduling, CRM, warranty management, etc.
• Self motivated, autonomous & well organized

Nice To Have:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school
• Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls
