Vendor Master Data Analyst in North Chicago, IL

Business Unit: IFO International Finance (IFO)

The Opportunity

Our location currently has an opportunity for a Vendor Master Data Analyst. The candidate will update and maintain supplier master data, including act as system support. 

What You’ll Work On:

• Contact internal and external stakeholders to verify critical data to prevent fraud
• Become familiar with primary Master Data Governance (MDG) system and act as system support for internal stakeholders
• Develop subject matter expertise
• Support team in activities with local and global impact
• Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge

Key Success Factors

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking/analytical skills
• Ability to demonstrate analysis/thought process, and show initiative
• Capacity for finding process improvement in current operation

Desired Qualifications:

• Business, Finance, or related fields of study
• 1+ years experience in AP, AR, or finance
