Strategically create, administer and maintain customer financial assistance programs in compliance with legislation and company KPIs

Description

Assist with creating, administering and maintaining customer financial assistance programs – programs to assist with may include but not limited to expanding financial assistance grants on customer electricity accounts, community solar projects, credit empowerment program expansion, programs braided with energy efficiency, community resource fairs, expanding an ambassador program, managing the supportive technology of these programs (i.e. Client Smart Assistance Manager (SAM) Tool)

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

• Program Management, Community Outreach, Assistance Administration
• 2 years minimum
• Bachelors preferred but not required
• CIMS, MS excel, MS Ppoint, etc. preferred but more required
• Social services administration; program management, community outreach; customer service representative
• Interpersonal skills; empathetic; self starter; reliable
• Non-empathetic; not reliable

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Project management; Program management; community engagement and outreach; social services administrator, customer service representative
