Hybrid (Mondays & Fridays remote)

Mon to Fri (8:00am to 5:00pm)

Role is hybrid with time split between remote and in our Maitland office.

Onsite Training (approx. 3 weeks) and than remote.

 

 Summary

  • Responsible for providing project support to staff and providing general administrative duties as needed.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Equipment Project Manager with the tasks such as service requests, freight claims, purchase orders, project closeout documents, reporting on core corporate measurements on set frequency and other functions as assigned.

MUST HAVE

  • HS Diploma at a minimum
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (office setting)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook and Excel as well as the ability to learn several proprietary systems.
  • Must have the ability to work between multiple systems/programs simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts such as Mechanical Contractors, technical staff or management.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems.
  • Can deal with ambiguity and requests for change.
  • Requires ability to learn in a hybrid or remote environment with motivation to reach out as needed to Team for guidance.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • Industry experience (HVAC, Construction)
  • Possess basic level of Project Management skills.
