Being able to support 40 hrs of production on a pilot line.

 

Duration of SOW (dates): 6 Months from start day

 

Objective/Project Background (Goods/ Service Description) (What are you looking to accomplish/achieve with this SOW):

  • Technical Stand at Client Technical Stand and Development Center runs an pilot operations.
  • The operations include using different process/equipment’s and individuals will be trained to use the various equipment.

The individual will be working to support a team on multiple forms and run multiple equipment/systems. Below are the important responsibilities

  • This work is a vital part of the 1) providing support to production if direct to consumer product and 2) R&D process of developing foundational scientific understanding and evaluating new hypotheses to move a project forward
  • The candidate should work independently to assigned task, and be able to work with team to produced product, running test methods, communicate observations/data in a clear and effective manner with multiple team members. The individual should have a can-do attitude.
  • This candidate will also need to be comfortable using digital tools such as, training will be provided and should have basic software skills using Excel, Word, outlook, PowerPoint. This is part of executing their daily work and to keep experimental records up to date.
  • Be able to work with a diverse team following Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Assurance and Safety guidelines, this is associated with the execution of the test program.
  • The candidate should have, Web handling operator, (Web making and Web converting)
  • Worked on continuous process equipment Cleaning – equipment/pilot area cleaning using written procedure
  • Follow written procedures, be able to communicate written and verbal.
  • Min 3 yrs industrial production/lab hands-on experience
  • Hands on power tools experience
  • Familiar with Safety, LOTO, general GMP's
  • Flexible timing - 7:00 -6:00 pm potential to either do SU or SD
  • Handling Raw materials (training will be provided)

 

Project Schedule: (Deliverables with Timing)

  • Be part of running Pilot operations on a daily basis to support GMP/non-GMP, production and developmental runs.
  • Acceptance Criteria/ SLA’s/ Outcome KPI’s) – be able to run daily operations meeting the expectations shared above.

 

Client will Provide:

  1. A workplace with parking, lunch/break and restroom facilities
  2. Raw materials, products and supplies
  3. Machinery, equipment, instruments, process aids and tools
  4. Process, and equipment operating instructions.
  5. Cost, Quality and Timing requirements.
  6. Record keeping requirements
  7. Material handling equipment
  8. Safety, Security, and Quality Assurance requirements

 

Travel Required:

  • Individual will primarily work from one base site but occasional travel may be needed.

 

Health Safety & Environmental:

  • Training is to be provided by Contractor company and documented in their system and shared with Client.

 

NOTE: Indicate how often training and testing will be required and how it is to be recorded.

 

Required Training (forklift, crane, safety):

  • Forklift trainings, Lock out Tag out, GMP.
  • Required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes): Safety glasses, steel toed shoes, safety googles, lab coats, protective gloves based on the work (nitrile, kelvar etc.), PAPR training.

 

Required HS&E Testing (respirator program, hearing conservation, enzyme test): Respirator program, hearing conversations, enzyme test will be the contract agency responsibility, Contract Agency to provide all the required trainings to the individual.
