Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support local Client.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in HR with a Business Partner, Generalist, or consulting/legal background.
  • Ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve Human Resources (HR) policies and propose solutions to improve inconsistent HR policies and gaps.
  • Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
  • Assist people partners with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Advise on performance management issues and lead minor investigations and reorganizations.
  • Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager queries about HR programs, policies and other HR-related topics.
