  Job Description

Experience in healthcare, med device, or a regulated industry extremely preferred.

100% onsite.

Potential to extend and/or convert for the right candidate. 

  • High School grad okay but will take any college degree as well.
  • Must be able to work with Word and address formatting issues.
  • Will be updating docs to newer templates. 1-2 years exp. required.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Job requirements:
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Preferred experience with Electronic Data Management (EDM) system (Windchill).
  • Resolve issues related to Change Control System.
  • Under minimal supervision update quality system templates and documents.
  • Manage document change orders, reports and all other regulated/controlled documentation.
  • Aid in the release of all controlled documentation by (but not limited to) catching issues and entering information into Windchill.
  • Will verify for accurate completion of change requests, and other Quality System Documentation in Windchill.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Multitasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. 

Equipment:

  • Works with standard office equipment such as telephone, cellular phone, fax/copier, and a personal computer with standard office software.   

Working Conditions:

  • Works at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned office or workstation with a low to moderate noise level.

Physical Demands:

  • Activities require a significant amount of sitting in front of a computer monitor, some standing and walking. 
  • Significant use of hands and arms, plus finger dexterity to reach, point, write, type, operate a computer and other office equipment. 
  • Performs tasks that regularly require good correctable vision and hand/eye coordination.
  • Activities also require significant use of voice and hearing for discussions with other employees.
