Accountant in DFW Airport, TX

Multiple Shift Times for the 4 Openings - Candidates must be available for all options

• 1 opening - first shift 5:30am-2:30pm
• 2 openings - first shift 8:00am – 5pm
• 1 opening- first shift 10am-7pm.
• During training (first week) we would need them all to show up from 8am-5pm

Any scheduled breaks:

• One morning break and one afternoon break as well as an hour lunch. No specific times for the breaks as long as they are not at peak work load

Job Description:             

• Experience dealing with customers.
• Are self-starters and like to work independently in a very fast paced environment.
• Can manage to work remotely and keep on top of work load.
• Like to problem solve (some of the previous cash applications on customer’s accounts require the ability to find and put pieces together in order to resolve issues).
• Work well between departments internally to find solutions for disputed items that may go back a couple of years or more.
• Be able to make credit decisions to allow, or not allow, orders to ship to our customers and communicate with the sales teams in some of these situations.
• Supports analysis, documentation, and mitigation of compliance risk/errors.
