  Job Description

Looking for a sales analyst to join our Sales Force Effectiveness team at Client Molecular. In this role, the sales analyst will:

  • Process data & perform calculations for incentive compensation quarterly payouts including SPIFs
  • Support quarterly analytics related to incentive compensation
  • Support monthly business planning meetings through data analysis
  • Assist with documentation of incentive compensation process and calculations

 

The candidate must have:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with incentive compensation programs
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Problem solving mindset and attention to detail

 

Ideally, the candidate would have hands-on experience with:

  • MS Office (Excel and Access)
  • DOMO or other BI reporting tool (i.e. – PowerBI)
