Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is PowerPoint team. They are looking for someone who with admin experience as he/she will be providing calendar support, onsite support, and general admin support.
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to new fiscal year support, for example mapping out budget, headcount, bulk order of SAW machines, track and handout SAW machines to the team.
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% calendar management, 30% team support, headcount, moral events, budget, and the rest of the time order equipment, meetings, possibly opening POs, tracking those POs, manage and order for the storage room.

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 3+ overall years of experience in the field.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide heavy calendar management support including Rhythm of Business calendar support
  • Provide team support (including some headcount management, budget, morale events, and alias management), for a team of 166 Engineers and PMs
  • Help manage space coordination, new employee setup, and procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and facility requests
  • Morale event planning, catering orders, and hardware refresh
  • Management of assets and storage room maintenance
  • Open and track POs
  • Track and manage discretionary budget and team headcount, including opening reqs in iCims

  • Able to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive and drive tasks to closure
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events.
