Legal Records Project Contractor in New Brunswick, NJ

Summary:

• Legal Records Project Contractor to provide support to GLO Information Services by assisting with the conversion preparation of legal documents.
• This includes, but is not limited to, researching, identifying, and categorizing legal records by sector, scanning the documents, data entry, vendor communication, and proofing digital copies.
• This project is expected to be completed within 8-12 months.

Duties:

• We are looking for a team player that thinks analytically, exercises good judgment, and respects confidentiality.
• The incumbent must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to independently handle multiple priorities and shifting demands.
• They must also possess a high attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies within the scanned documents.

Required Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent

Proficient in: 

• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Strong typing/data entry skills
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree
• Microsoft Teams
• Zoom
• IManage
