Position Requirements:-

  • CAD/ GIS EXPERIENCE
  • ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION BACKGROUND A PLUS
  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PHONE

Team Structure

  • Needed to supplement staff in mapping and document services - work in GTech and Microstation on gas and electric prints.

Describe the day-to-day responsibilities resource would support

  • Required to have experience preparing engineering drawings at a power facility or comparable facility.
  • Prepares engineering drawings to support conceptual designs developed by engineers.
  • Required to have demonstrated proficiency using CAD software or other design software.

Candidate skills (soft, software, technical…)

Top:

  • Electric or gas distribution KNOWLEDGE A MUST - needed to supplement staff in mapping and document services - work in GTech and Microstation on gas and electric prints.
  • MicroStation exp,
  • Utility exp,
  • gas/distribution exp
  • CAD exp 5 years+, MicroStation exp 4-5 yrs+
  • 2 yr Technical Degree+ or equivalent certification (minimum) – no high school
  • CAD software, utility/gas exp
  • CAD experience/gas distribution/utility/MicroStation
  • MicroStation (fast worker/knowledgeable)
  • No MicroStation exp – will be disqualfied

Education Level/Type

  • 2 year technical degree or equivalent certification (minimum)
