  Job Description

Veeva Project Manager - Contractor Role

 

Marketing Documentation role

 

4 days onsite and 1 day WFH

 

Duration: From date of start until Jan. 6, 2025

 

Hours per Week: 40 hours w/ OT only as needed and approved by HM first

 

This is NOT an IT job Will be working with other stakeholders and other cross-functional teams

 

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Health Wellness or Medically Regulated industry.
  • Must have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Will be working with Veeva which is their Quality Management System but can come with experience with other QM systems
  • Will be reviewing promotional materials, approving workflows, and uploading Marketing Materials to QM System

 

Nice to have Degree:

  • Associates or Bachelors in Marking, Business, Operations, or Quality Management

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will champion the content approval workflow for a new health and wellness product, Lingo.
  • Will work closely with cross-functional team members to gather and resolve feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensures document fidelity and is equally attentive to minor and major changes.
  • Familiar with quality management system approval workflows from a marketing or e-commerce perspective Is passionate about brand and content marketing.
  • Previous med device experience a plus/preferred.
