Description:

  • As our Communications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team of highly skilled and senior professionals dedicated to pioneering solutions that shape the future of healthcare.
  • Your role as Communications Specialist goes beyond crafting messages; it is about telling the story of how AI can transform healthcare, making complex concepts accessible and engaging for Client colleagues, as well as healthcare professionals and, ultimately, patients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with all Galileo 2.0 streams/teams to support them with their communications needs.
  • Content maintenance: help crafting email communications, maintaining Galileo 2.0 core messaging document, and keeping the gsite up to date as well as updating various Galileo slide decks.
  • Galileo-internal engagement and beyond: assist with the planning engagement sessions, develop and curate content for newsletters and other internal communication channels (e.g. Google spaces, Client Home, etc.)
  • Monitoring: checking the Galileo mailbox, consolidating feedback, help maintaining FAQ sheet (update gsite accordingly)
  • Help the teams digitising workshop and engagement session outputs

Preferred Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with Change Management initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional skills of written and verbal English.
  • Highly self organised and efficient in their ways of working.
  • Connecting visions with actions through effective communication.
  • Strategic thinking, capable of executing at a detailed level while maintaining a holistic perspective.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
