Contract: Temp to hire (Will convert to FTE whenever head count is available)

 

Analytics background with paid marketing needed

 

Should be able to attend early and late meetings as well (Must be flexible)

  • Not looking for SEO
  • Broad mix of channel media exp preferred
  • Analytics exp needed
  • Not looking for much of paid search exp
  • Synthesizing large amount of data into analytics
  • Exp in data requirements to put together marketing visualization reports
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
  • Need Analytics exp supported paid media marketing
  • Migration from google analytics to Mixpanel for marketing performance and measurements
  • Heavy on paid media side
  • Paid media marketing exp is a must have
  • Should know how to drive data from various platforms
  • Pharma or medical device industry exp is a plus but would consider any industry exp as long as they have analytics and paid media marketing exp
  • Multichannel exp preferred not just paid search
  • Open to consider 3 yrs exp as well

Job Summary:

This role of Paid Media Marketing Analytics Manager is an integral part of Client Aesthetic’s continued success in delivering industry-leading Consumer and Customer experiences in digital channels. In this role, you will provide insights into paid channel marketing performance and be a strong collaborative partner in campaign planning, assessment, and identifying optimization opportunities. In this role, the ideal candidate will lead and deliver analytics solutions and insights to the broader Marketing organization to drive increased performance across all Consumer and Customer marketing activities..


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and further develop in-house digital analytics capabilities, including digital insights, audience targeting, and closed-loop measurement
  • Translate business requirements into analytics design, and spearhead end-to-end analytics solutions development and delivery.
  • Partner closely with Business Technology Solutions, BI and Marketing Analytics, Data Product Manager, and MarTech to ensure data ecosystem integrates seamlessly into analytics platforms
  • Enhance our paid channel performance reporting that encompasses a full-funnel view of marketing activities–from media and website KPIs to treatment data in order to demonstrate paid channel marketing impact on business goals
  • Partner effectively with paid media team, analytics team, and brand marketers for measurement and optimization for various paid digital campaigns
  • Continuously explore advanced paid channel analytic solutions to drive tactic-level media optimization
  • Demonstrate excellent visualization & storytelling skills, influencing decision-making within analytics teams as well as with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of demonstrated experience in paid channel marketing analytics and measurement required. Degree in Statistics, Decision Sciences, or Mathematics useful but not required.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in paid channel marketing analytics and measurement
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience identifying and outlining key campaign metrics and building campaign performance/measurement plans/marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
