Sourcer in Warrendale, PA

• All responsibilities will be sourcing for hard to fill positions such as Constructions, Engineering, Sales/Business Development and PM Roles.
• Looking for someone experienced as a full-time source with several out of the box thinking to find candidate, Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, Airs, etc.
• Diverse background in Sourcing
• ICIMS experience a plus, ICIMS CRM a Huge plus.
• Linkedin Recruiter knowledge a plus
• Need source-to-source candidates through LinkedIn for nationwide engineering roles in nuclear plants.
• The candidate will not be involved in recruiting.
• Strong skills in building Boolean strings for nuclear, power plant, and electrical engineering roles.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to build a good pipeline, especially coordinating with military background candidates for nuclear plants.
• AIRS certifications is helpful
