• 3 years of Storyboarding
• 3-5 Years of E- Learning Writing
• A good writer that is able to take content from multiple sources and create something smooth and coherent
• Comfortable Interacting with others to gather date

• Excellent Communicator
• Experience with Articulate Rise

Job Summary:

• Responsible for designing and developing multi-media eLearning courses to support Enterprise Initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Use instructional design methodology (analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate) to create e-Learning programs for the client Workforce that encompass video, exercises and assessments.
• Develop supplementary materials consisting of handouts, video tutorials, etc. in support of the training plan.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Compliance Training to gather source data, design expectations and feedback on storyboards/draft content.
• Participate in meetings with SMEs and Business Owners as necessary.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Additional licensing, certifications, registrations:

• APTD / CPTD from Association for Talent Development (ATD) helpful.

Work experience:

• 3-5 years working in instructional design and elearning development capacity.

Specialized knowledge/skills:

• Required - Experience in instructional design for eLearning, storyboarding, needs analysis, and writing for elearning design.
• Preferred – Video development using Vyond.
• Strongly Preferred – eLearning development using Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise)
• Current industry trends, learning solution Best Practices, instructional writing style and techniques, web based design
