  Job Description

3 days a week onsite required.

 

Monday - Friday 40 HRS/WEEK - No OT. Candidates must be available standard PST working hours.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 2 years experience with MS Excel
  2. Minimum 2 years experience with PowerBI
  3. Minimum 2 years experience with PowerPoint

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 2-5 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance or business is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain familiarity with PowerBI dashboards or Power Automate experience 

Job Description 

  • Develop weekly, monthly, and executive reporting.  Create customer specific reports with key performance metrics and results, and Ad hoc reports as required. 
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across all projects. 
  • Analyze and provide data insights on customer feedback. 
  • Develop Tools and Best Practices to improve business processes. 
  • Manage special projects as required. 
  • Power BI experience is preferred (but not required) 

 

Vendor Output/Work in Progress 

 

Partner Center 

  • Monitor and measure partners’ private offers obligations and drive due actions related to billing, renewals and mid-term changes. 
  • Actively collaborate with Partners’ point-of-contacts to discuss the actions and interactions needed with the end customers. 
  • Provide summary report and insights to Microsoft internal team. 
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for all stakeholders is an important aspect of culture fit for this role. 

 

Automations 

  • Develop methods to automate and reduce manual work involved in managing partners’ private offers. 
  • Use tools like Power BI and Power Automate to build those automations.
