  Job Description

On site position 5 days per week.

The Supply Chain Coordinator tasks include:

  • Seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who is an organized, multi-tasker that likes a fast-paced environment.
  • We need a self-starter that can come into the office located in Hayward, Ca.
  • Our supply chain staff needs dependable support that keeps our team current with the ever-changing supply chain environment.
  • This important work not only helps our team, but the production teams and our suppliers as well. Below are the day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving GMP product in accordance with established procedures.
  • Both Domestics and International shipments.
  • Small packages and palletized shipments.
  • Inventory management.
  • Daily Cycle Counting.
  • Monitor Expiring material.
  • Monitor Excess and Obsolete material.
  • Process Scrap/Destruction request.
  • Monitor and replenish inventor levels to support Engineering and Manufacturing activities.
  • Generate Purchase Order requisitions in Oracle.
  • Production control and Work Order management.
  • Create and monitor Work Orders to support manufacturing/development projects.
  • Fulfill manufacturing/engineering Material request.
  • Support on-site audit preparations for Warehouse/Logistics.
  • Following Good Documentation Practices while performing duties.
  • Maintain on-time training records for assigned SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Hayward Quality department in projects as needed.
  • Data entry.
  • Contacting freight carriers to coordinate shipments.
  • Filing.
  • Creating reports on logistics activities as request.
  • Operate electric pallet jack.
  • Operate manual pallet jack.
  • Use of ladders in warehouse.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a Supply Chain/Warehouse/logistics support function within a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical manufacturing materials environment.
  • Selected candidate must be a proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs
