  Job Description

This is a 1 year contract with option to extend depending on the business need.

The ideal candidate is required to work onsite at the Mississauga Office at least 2 times a week

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Support the design of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Regularly review and report on the performance of implemented changes.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular meetings with procurement stakeholders, such as internal departments and project teams.
  • Support to set agendas for meetings and ensure that relevant data and reports are prepared in advance.
  • Develop presentations summarizing cost-saving initiatives, data analysis, and potential areas for improvement with PDMs.
  • Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and the impact of proposed changes to the team
  • Work with relevant teams to develop an implementation plan for approved cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure that changes are communicated effectively and that necessary adjustments are made within procurement processes
  • Create contracts in the Client's contracts system
  • Support the CAPEX process
  • Interface between Accounts Payable, supplier & stakeholder
  • Maintain lab device lists in close collaboration with the stakeholder
  • Work closely with Delivery Manager Research & Lab including project support

Skills/Experience

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in working with GEP MyBuy as a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • System fast learner
  • Procurement process landscape knowledge
