Job Description:

• The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into Fusion Risk Management using existing business continuity documentation
• They play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of data by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• They will also complete the handoff of the data entry in Fusion Risk Management to the business continuity leads to validate the information.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data from various sources such as Microsoft Excel and Word into the Fusion Risk Management application.
• Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain data integrity by following established procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure data is entered in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Adhere to data entry standards and best practices.
• Validate the information entered in Fusion Risk Management with business continuity leads.

Requirements:

• Fusion Risk Management is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree, no specific field of study
