  Job Description

Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid 50% on-site

Site Locations: Princeton Pike, NJ, Lawrenceville, NJ and Tampa, FL can be in consideration

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Business hours

 

Purpose and Scope of the Position:

  • The TPRM Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting data to be entered into Process Unity.
  • They play a crucial role in collecting critical information necessary to introduce identified suppliers to the TPRM process and ensure compliance and timely respond to and Health Authority Audit action.
  • They will also complete the handoff of the data entry in Process Unity to the assigned Functional TPRM leads to review and validate the information.

 

Required Competencies:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree, no specific field of study

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

collect Business owner’s names by connecting with the responsible business units

  • Ensure data is collected in a timely manner to meet deadlines asper defined timelines with FTPRMs members
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Adhere to data collection and entry standards and best practices.
  • Validate the information entered in Process Unity with business owners and assigned FTPRM.

 

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of multi-disciplined risk management experience
  • Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, project management and performance measurement skills
