100% Remote

Part time 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday

This role needing support calendar management, expenses and travel support, meeting scheduling, and light presentation preparation.

 

Requires familiarity with MS processes, Outlook calendar management, and strong PowerPoint skills preferred.

Purpose of the Team:

  • The purpose of this team is to direct and investigate concerns about employee misconduct around the company related to business conduct issues, such as fraud, but not workplace issues like harassment or discrimination. They are a global team made up of attorneys and non-attorneys.

 

Key projects:

  • This role will contribute to managing calendars for three people, handling admin tasks such as expenses and travel support, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
  • Additionally, the role may involve project support like organizing teams and managing SharePoint access.

 

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:

  • The role will consist of 20% calendar management, 20% Admin Tasks, 10% Presentation Preparation, 50% Project support.

  • Experience with calendar management.
  • PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, as the role involves managing a few people.
  • Experience working with lawyers, especially if they've been an admin in the legal department before.

 

Duties:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.  Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Provides general office support.
  • Serves as the department/group contact.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
