Reconciliation Specialist in Baltimore, MD

• Location: Baltimore, MD (onsite twice a week).
• Experience using MS Excel, Teams & Outlook is must
• Candidate needs to have their own laptop

Duties:

• Responsibilities: Perform transaction reconciliations and work closely with suppliers, both domestic and international. Support employees with our expense management platform. Reconcile transactions between the payment platform and the bank software used for virtual credit card payments.
• Requirements:
• Background in accounting Payable is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience: 2 years’ experience with Oracle & Concur
• Education:  High school diploma
