IOS Lead Software Architect/Developer in Horsham, PA

Hybrid, would like candidate to come to Horsham, PA location initially.

Duties:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Architect/Developer to lead the end-to-end development of a new iOS mobile application designed for internal company use.
• This role requires someone who can manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, while also providing technical mentorship to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire software development process, including requirement gathering, design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of the new iOS mobile application
• Evaluate and develop software solutions
• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Document development requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels to gather requirements, provide demos, conduct testing, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide technical mentorship to other developers on the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a lead software architect or in a similar role for IOS or hybrid platforms
• Strong software development background
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS)
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in mentoring and leading development teams
• Experience with chatbot development, NLP, and branching content
