  Job Description

100% Onsite - Redmond, WA 

Extremely detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service attitude

40 hours a week, standard core business hours, Mon - Friday, NO OT, NO EXPENSE.

This role requires daily in office presence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role. References will be checked.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience working as administrator in fast-paced environment. Role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage many different tasks in any one day. The ideal candidate will be able to task switch easily and continue to manage deliverables, milestones, and due dates. 

Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is focus on headcount, budgeting, business planning.
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to onsite support for two Azure Data teams in Redmond, WA including space management, onboarding set up, equipment, and day to day team support.
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of supporting team onsite including meeting support, new hire onboarding, management of supplies, and other duties. Role will also support tasks online including scheduling and updating meetings, helping with recruiting by posting positions, management of headcount and budget items under the supervision of the existing lead Executive Administrator.

Duties:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Provides general office support.
  • Serves as the department/group contact.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
