UX Developer in Dallas, TX

UX Developer - Hybrid out of DAL

Seeking a talented and experienced UX Developer to join our dynamic IT team.

• In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers.
• You will work closely with developers, and product teams to translate user needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, strong technical skills, and an eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in UX development, UI design, or front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of user experience best practices, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git and experience working in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Developers and product teams to develop user-centered designs that align with business goals.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into fully functional and responsive web pages and applications.
• Develop and maintain front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the user experience.
• Ensure the design and user experience is optimized for a variety of devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flows between front-end and back-end systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Provide input on the overall direction of the digital product and contribute to the team’s agile process by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
