  • Minimum 2 years experience with MS tools, like Excel, Outlook, etc
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with end-to-end management [highly preferred, end-to-end hiring experience]
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Excel and Reporting [must have strong data management and accuracy, pivot tables, drill down, etc.]
  • Minimum 2 years experience with recruiting systems

Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to help manage data surrounding the FTE hiring process, and there is a heavy focus on data management and accuracy throughout the team.
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to facilitating the end to end hiring process for client FTEs within the organization [req, intake, interview scheduling, PO creation, Employee Central, Day 1 details]
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 90% solo heads down work and will spend 10% or less of their time in meetings.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field.
  • The ability to effectively implement and monitor highly complex plans and schedules.
  • Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
  • A high level of integrity with ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
  • POC for net-new and backfill request/approval process.
  • Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to schedule candidate screenings.
  • Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
  • Answering, and solving for, hiring manager/candidate/recruiter questions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates with less than 5 years, poor data management/accuracy, multiple errors, and typos within resume, or if the resume does not list the impact of their work, they will not be eligible for the role.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain more than 5 years of experience in a similar role, is excellent with MS Office tools, highly organized, detail oriented, kind personality, is comfortable working individually, concise wording and strong communication within the resume.
