Start Time (AM/PM) 9:00-9:30 AM
End Time (AM/PM) 5:30-6:00 PM

Comments:

  • The position is a flex position that will go between our Plymouth (M, T, F) and Minnetonka (W and Th) sites, with flexibility to cover these sites for vacations and absences.
  • There is lead RN's at each site that this CW will work with.
  • Looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and eager, someone who has interest in longevity with Client, someone who can take direction well, gets along well with different personalities, someone who knows what the Occ Health position entails when they come in to interview.

Job Duties:

  • 1 year in Occ Health experience preferred
  • Recent hands on, in person nursing experience required
  • Case and injury management experience preferred
  •  “Contact” nursing / injury assessment case management experience
  • Must have unrestricted RN license from MN and no history of restricted/suspended license
  • Occ Health Services experience preferred
  • Assessment, first aid response, workers compensation, case management experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) required
  • Accommodations management experience preferred
  • Medical surveillance experience preferred
  • AED Program experience
  • Emergency response coordinator experience preferred
  • Ortho experience nice to have
  • School Nurse experience translates well
  • 3 days at Plymouth (M,T,F) – 2 days at Minnetonka (Wed & Thurs) - flexibility as needed for vacation coverage; 90 day training period, will have FT nurses at both sites
  • MS Office experience required (excel, outlook)
  • Medical Record management experience
  • 2-year associate degree okay—insert RN
  • Excellent in utilizing Nursing Process skills and documentation.
  • Excellent in organizational skills, detailed oriented, and ability to use critical thinking with strong work ethics.
  • Ability to work independently with good nursing judgement skills
