Onsite; Mountain View, CA

hybrid, 4-5 days of days contractor will be required to work onsite

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 2+ years experience with MS suite experience (Outlook/Viso/ PowerPoint/ Excel/ etc.)
  2. Minimum 2+ years experience with Calendar support experience.
  3. Minimum 2+ years experience with PowerBI.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 1-2 overall years of experience in the field

Duties:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group.
  • Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.

 

Purpose of the Team:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Provides general office support.
  • Serves as the department/group contact.
  • Completes special projects assigned.

 

Key projects:

  • This role will contribute to provide on-site support for the SVC location, including event support, team support, and equipment management.
  • Additionally, the team handles calendar support and PCN management.
