  • Minimum 2+ years experience with Calendaring/ travel booking
  • Minimum 2+ years experience with Partner VP level executive.
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience with EXCEL (MS Suite)

 

 Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is works within Azure data, focusing on supporting Conor and his team in Austin, TX. The primary responsibilities include managing Conor's calendar, providing team support, handling financial tasks, ordering equipment, processing expense reports, and planning occasional events. The candidate will also assist with booking travel for Conor (Manager) and procuring equipment for new team members
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.

  

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 2-5 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: A degree is a preference for this role.
  • Disqualifiers: Poorly formatted resumes with typos and grammatical errors, job hopping and Inability to work in person on-site, as the role is not or hybrid.
  • Best vs. Average: Great communication skills, as they will work with both internal and external customers. Attention to detail and good follow-up skills. Procurement setups for the team. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as Conor's requests can change quickly. Independence, as the candidate will not have a local team and Conor does not have time to micromanage
