100% Onsite; Redmond, WA

Monday-Friday 40 hours a week

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  • Minimum years' experience with managing data centers or cloud services
  • Minimum years' experience with MS office suite/ Outlook
  • Minimum years' experience with Ability to do self-research and learn new applications and tools.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 1-2 years
  • Chance for Extension (Y/N): Possibility (based on performance and budget)
  • Degrees or certifications required: A degree is a preference for this role.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping or very short contracts (less than 3months) will not be eligible for the role. Not a US Citizen.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain organizational and ability to cover for the sponsor while they’re out, work well under pressure in a very fast paced environment, and ability to work independently. 

Provides general administrative support primarily for a group. A successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to:

  • Multi-task and change direction in rapid response to a fluctuating work environment, and make timely decisions.
  • Be self-motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism at all times.

  • Anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General Team Support for the Team.
  • Onboarding new hires and space management.
  • Event coordination and setup for all hands, off-sites, and morale events (logistics such as room reservation and catering).
  • Ensure compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures.
  • Support the EA with general tasks and requests.
  • Procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials and facilities requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information.
  • Ability to take effective action without having to know the total picture.
  • Proficiency with MS productivity software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, MS Teams
