Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a curious and inquisitive nature with a strong appetite for learning and asking questions. They should have a proven track record of successful project management, clear notetaking, strong organizational ability, and able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to Internal team project management, ensuring documents are organized and the team's calendar is managed effectively. Supporting work delivered to stakeholders, including presentations, slide design, data analysis, and working with spreadsheets for data visualization. Proficiency in writing, particularly for creating and refining presentations and data analysis


• Years of Experience Required:
+3 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: A degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers:
Lack of experience with talking to stakeholders or working in fast-paced environments. Absence of specific skills, such as project management or proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Inability to work within Pacific hours, as preferred for team coordination.
• Best vs. Average: Additional desirable skills include being self-guided, a fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, Being a good team player, as the team is small and regular meetings are crucial. Detail-oriented, especially for quality checks on data. Effective communication skills.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, team schedules, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Analyze and interpret data related to environmental and societal impact commitments and perceptions of the corporate brand
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status and results
  • Support the team with slide design for executive presentations
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on time, clearly written, clearly formatted, and easily accessible for internal and external teams

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills (PMP desired)
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS Outlook skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience with data analysis preferred
  • Experience with brand reputation or brand perceptions is desired
  • Willingness to speak up, ask questions, and challenge assumptions within any environment
