  Job Description

Analyst role: M-F, 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm.

Will be required to work onsite 5 days per week.

Location:  Williamsport, MD

 

Standardized Summary of Responsibilities:

No prior training/minimal experience; new to role/skill; apply acquired education and experience to work situations and continue skill development

  • Process daily work flow items within work management software, following well-defined practices and procedures, including reconciling labour and material charges
  • Assist management and fellow co-workers, following well-defined practices and procedures
  • Demonstrate a solid commitment to all aspects of safety
  • Conduct business specific research and gather data; Compile reports and summaries
  • Actively seek formal and informal learning opportunities to better understand element procedures
  • Demonstrate sound internal and/or external customer service
  • Develop effective working relationship with employees within own work group; Establish professional network
  • Apply acquired education and experience to work situations, continue skill development, and establish a strong foundation in element policies, practices, and procedures

 

Standardized Summary of Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline preferred or in lieu of degree up to 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Sufficient maturity to exercise independent judgment on basic projects and assignments
  • Demonstrate a questioning attitude to learn, produce results, and develop relationships
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
  • Possess a working knowledge of basic researching techniques
  • Desire to continue to learn and grow, work across Client, and deliver results
  • Display analytical abilities, including problem solving and decision making, and work flow process adherence.
  • Ability to deliver quality and quantities of accurate work within established deadlines
  • Sound oral and written communication skills; Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic time management skills
