Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. PMI or PMP certification preferred and a major plus.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping (outside of contract roles) will not be eligible for the role.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain proven experience of managing digital projects.

Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: This is the Global Workplace Services (GWS) team. They use a variety of channels and tools to share information with GWS employees, partners, and vendors. The digital platforms used by GWS to provide information to its various audiences require review and overhaul to ensure alignment to an organization focused on security and efficiency.

Key projects: This role will contribute to:

  • Review and audit existing internal GWS digital sites
  • Document SharePoint site structure and content ownership
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, remove, and update information and data
  • Manage content update process and work with stakeholders to oversee timely updates
  • Review additional sites and Sharepoints to ensure GWS data and information is up-to-date

 

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
The role will consist of 20% meetings with the other Project Managers (based out of Atlanta and London), 80% heads down (reviewing/documenting project plan, doing follow ups, content review etc.)
