Lockbox Data Entry Associate in South Burlington, VT

Rangam is seeking Data Entry Associate to transcribe confidential information from scanned images of paper documents. The Data Entry Associate combines documents into transactions and processes them through a series of workflow functions. Transaction Specialists maintain the highest level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet efficiency standards. This is a long term contract.

 Responsibilites

• Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
• Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
• Keeping information confidential

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
• Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
• Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
• Alphanumeric data entry skills
• Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
• Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
• Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group

Schedule - Monday Through Friday - 7am ET - 3:30pm ET
Pay $20 hourly
