Candidate Location Requirements: Redmond, WA

If hybrid, # of days contractor will be required to work onsite: 5 days

Daily Schedule & OT estimate: M-F, 40 HR, no OT

  • Minimum 2 years experience with swag/inventory
  • Minimum 2 years experience with hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years experience with building liaison/management

Typical Day in the Role

  • Key projects: This role will support the team in a variety of ways particularly assisting with swag (ordering/tracking/shipping/organizing)
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of close collaboration with sponsor and varies day to day. Swag support. Maintaining databases. Tracking inventory. Managing facilities requests. Coordinating events/lunches/team meetings. Managing incentive and prize orders. Some clerical work.

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Best vs. Average: They will have a background in onsite events/building/large teams. Experience at a large company or with a start up. Candidates preferred to have onsite working experience. Collaborative and ready to work and ask questions (proactive thinker).
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how they work through the list, team feedback.

Duties:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Provides general office support.
  • Serves as the department/group contact.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
