Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our marketing team. This role will play a pivotal part in our mission to support our inclusive employment programs by conducting in-depth market research and helping shape strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to analyze market trends, identify target customers, and develop data-driven strategies to expand our footprint in traditional staffing and disability inclusion recruiting markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze current conditions in the staffing, disability inclusion, and recruitment markets.
  • Research and identify potential markets and customers for our employment programs (SourcePros, and SA and RangamWorks).
  • Identify challenges for new and existing clients and tailor a presales strategy based on data driven research and analysis.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on research findings, focusing on growth opportunities in traditional staffing and disability inclusion sectors.
  • Gather and interpret data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to drive targeted marketing efforts.
  • Prepare detailed research reports that visually present data findings and provide actionable insights to enhance our employment programs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations for growth and planning.
  • Design and execute content strategies, including surveys and polls, to gather feedback from customers and program participants, while using HubSpot to track engagement and analyze key metrics across multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports, analyze data, and offer insights to senior leadership to improve marketing strategies and strengthen client relationships.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in market research or a related field, preferably within staffing, recruiting, or disability inclusion sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as  Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A passion for data-driven strategy and an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in employment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with disability inclusion and related legislation is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP and/or data management systems is a plus.
