Contract Coordinator in Houston, TX

Qualifications:

• Candidate will have previous experience in financial documents, legal contracts and have a high level knowledge of translating complex language into 'lamens-terms' results. Bachelors degree in communications, language, or legal preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms, conditions, and obligations.
• Extract relevant data from contracts, such as effective and expiry dates, pricing, and work or pay rules/condition (i.e. when conditions apply, when rules are in effect)
• Conduct data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
• Digitization of paper contracts: manually enter extracted contract details into database.
• Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and procedures.

• An exercise in demonstrating contract detail translation and capture will be required
