Princeton Pike: Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid 50% on-site

Purpose and Scope of the Position:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contractor to join our US Brand Teams.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to create and maintain modular content libraries that support our brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, digital asset management, and a keen understanding of brand consistency and compliance.

Required Competencies

  • Proven experience in content management, digital asset management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
  • Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop, organize, and maintain modular content libraries to support the US brand teams.
  • Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams, creative agencies, and other stakeholders to gather content requirements and feedback.
Content Review and Approval:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, medical, and regulatory (MLR), to ensure content meets all compliance standards.
  • Facilitate the review and approval process for new and updated content modules.
Training and Support:
  • Assist developing training materials on the use of modular content libraries.
  • Act as a modular content SME for brand teams and MLR advisors.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for content-related issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improving content management processes and systems.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
