Customer Contact Analytics Associate in Newark, NJ

Hybrid schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm. Rotate in Newark’s General Office 2x/week

• Supporting the Workforce Management team (Call center)
• Looking for detail-oriented and analytical professional with excellent communication skills and strong email etiquette. 
• This role in supporting employee inquiries regarding time-off and leave policies. 
• This position requires proficiency in handling employee calls and performing accurate data entry.

• Maintain professional email communications with attention to detail and clarity.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding leave and time-off.
• Accurately document and process employee information.
• Support workforce management operations with insights and accurate record-keeping.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and detail -oriented 
• Bachelors degree is nice, but not required.
