  Job Description

Candidate Location Requirements: 2-3 days a week (the manager is flexible on the days that are onsite) at the STUDIO A (Redmond WA location) and then () on the rest of the days unless the manager asks to worker to come in for a meeting or to assist with something onsite.

If hybrid, how many days will the contractor be required to work onsite?: 2-3


Daily Schedule & OT estimate: 40 hours a week, Mon – Fri, standard business hours, 5 hours of OT added to the PO but the worker must ask the manager prior to working over 40 hours a week.


Chance for Extension? (Y/N): The Client manager must extend the contract every 3 months due to budget approvals, but plans to extend for the full 18 months (candidates submitted must have a full 18 months of network access available to be considered for the role).

Job Description:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages complex calendar for Senior Partner Director for large (350+) organization, schedule(s) meetings, coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Manages team headcount, PCN updates, recruiting tracking and requisition submissions. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Provides general office support.
  • Serves as the department/group contact.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
  • Needs to be someone who is confident, doesn’t have multiple work gaps, is able to fully explain work history and be willing/able to come to the office at least 2-3 times per week + be available for special events/offsites on campus.
