  Job Description

Onsite

Will be onsite 100% during training period but will work hybrid once training is completed

 

Work on Global quality agreements

 

  • Bachelors degree with 5 yrs exp needed in pharma industry
  • Ability to do metrics as well
  • Update quality agreements
  • Able to work independently
  • Good word processing skills
  • Quality systems exp
  • work on global agreements for client
  • Manage all external suppliers
  • Have quality agreements exp
  • 5 yrs of Quality assurance exp
  • Knowledge of GMP, ICH, FDA and other regulations
  • Good communication skills
  • Generate new quality agreements
  • Upload quality agreements in repository
  • Training on supplier SOP and Supplier Quality agreements
  • Well-versed with GMP and quality systems

Under general supervision oversee the completion and accuracy of the following:

  • Prepare new quality agreements with various Client Suppliers
  • Update and maintain existing quality agreements
  • Upload global quality agreement in document repository
  • Generate metrics related to quality agreements
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws
  • Comply with all GxP and safety requirements, SOPs and company policies and procedure

 

What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:

  1. Experience in supplier quality management and generating quality agreements.
  2. Knowledge of Quality Systems, cGMPs, ICH, EU, FDA and MHRA regulations and requirements.
  3. Business scientific and personal computer hardware and software applications, including advanced knowledge of word processing.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers orally and in writing.
  5. Business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Attention to detail.
  6. Min. 4-year college degree in related field.
