  Job Description

Duties:

  • The Project Manager for Project Leapfrog will lead strategic execution, project management, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • This role includes feasibility and risk analysis, managing resources and budgets, and regular reporting.
  • The Project Manager will align project milestones with business objectives, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Governance and Leadership:
  • Support governance for Project Leapfrog, including updates to the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) and project sponsors, and prepare materials with project leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams to streamline project operations.
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop, track, and manage the project plan, budget, and timeline to meet key milestones, supporting both sustainment and new therapeutic area (TA) initiatives.
  • Design and oversee change management and communication strategies, ensuring clarity across phases.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across pillars and functions, maintaining communication and providing progress updates.
  • Prepare and present reports for the CLT, sponsors, and core teams, aligning narratives and key updates with program goals.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate critical risks across functions and pillars, ensuring compliance.
  • Address issues proactively, tracking progress and resolving interdependencies for smooth project advancement.
  1. Support for Cross-Functional Task Forces:
  • Drive the creation and chartering of cross-functional task forces to address emerging issues (e.g., global-local content creation, medical-legal compliance).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with multi-team coordination.
  • Expertise in governance, budget management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
