Job Description Skill/Experience:

  • Able to perform the payment domain SME
  • In-depth understanding of payment systems, routing engines, and payment processing workflows.
  • Experience with different payment methods, gateways, and acquirer integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Played leadership role
  • Prior experience in Telecom/Retail industry (good to have)

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their payment processing needs and provide expert consultation on the deployment and optimization of our payment routing engine.
  • Represent IT team in meetings with business, vendor and 3rd party teams
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams, vendors, etc to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their payment ecosystem and routing needs.
  • Design and propose comprehensive payment routing solutions that align with client requirements, industry best practices, and our product capabilities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our payment routing engine, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide recommendations for customizing and configuring the payment routing engine to meet specific client requirements, including rule configurations and integration points.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the payment routing engine, offering insights into its functionalities, architecture, and how it aligns with client business goals.
  • Work closely with sales teams, product development, and support teams to ensure a smooth handover from presales to post-sales activities.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including solution proposals, implementation plans, and customization specifications.
