Field Coordinator in Warrendale, PA

8 hrs/day starting at 7am or 9am (must be flexible to start at either time)

Duties:

• Responsible for overall project success including but not limited to day-to-day field operations, safety, schedule, and quality
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
• Investigate, document, and resolve day-to-day field issues
• Complete accurate job and progress reports and other job-related project documentation
• Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress and performance.
• Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Engineers, and Subcontractors
• Participate in weekly project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors
• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the project

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years Construction Superintendent experience.
• Ability to work with and knowledge of multiple construction trades
• Ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have driver’s license and own transportation
• Ability to work all shifts and days
• Able to complete PA background checks to work in PA schools
• Have a mobile phone
