5-7 year experience level/or PhD

PBMC, Multi-color flow cytometry and PHD will be great

  • Perform serial dilutions of drug molecules
  • mRNA LNP preferred
  • Master’s degree 3 to 5 years of experience
  • PHD with 4 to 6 years of training experience will work
  • BD FACS Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II
  • PBMC, Mammalian cell culture is preferred
  • Early discovery
  • Primary cell culture
  • Multi-color flow cytometry is a must          
  • PHD candidate will be fine
  • Bachelor’s degree 3 to 5 years of experience
  • The relocation candidate will be fine
  • There is no overqualification for this role
  • Serial dilutions of drug molecules and application of treatment using multichannel pipette

Masters preferred

Summary

  • The scientist will be responsible to run in vitro primary cell culture in 96-well plate format, perform serial dilutions of drug molecules, perform ELISA for cytokine analysis, and perform FACS flow cytometry analysis to look at cell populations changes and cell phenotype changes.
  • Candidates with previous mRNA LNP production and characterization, and LNP antibody conjugation are preferred

What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position? 

  • In vitro primary cell culture (human PBMC, Cyno PBMC and mouse splenocyte)
  • Serial dilutions of drug molecules and application of treatment using multichannel pipette
  • Live/Dead and antibody staining of cells and FACS flow cytometry run on BD FACS Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II and data analysis using FlowJo software
  • Good to have: mRNA LNP production and characterization
  • Good to have: LNP antibody conjugation
